The staff in this department is responsible for all documents being entered into our Case Management System. Our office transitioned from using paper files to a primarily paperless document use and storage system in October 2012. Electronic files provide information to our staff, witnesses, law enforcement, opposing counsel and the courts in a faster, more efficient manner. Our paperless system also allows us to reduce costs and save taxpayer dollars or reallocate those resources where they are most needed. This system also provides better security with sensitive information and allows law enforcement staff to have immediate access to any file we maintain whether they are in court or at their desk.
