The Juvenile Division of the District Attorney's Office is represented by the Children's Court Attorney. The Juvenile Division is responsible for the prosecution of all minor offenders in San Juan County, NM. The Children's Court Attorney represents the state in matters under the Children's Code when the State is a Petitioner. This includes petitions alleging that a Child is a delinquent child. The Children's Court Attorney represents the state in all stages of a delinquency case from initial appearances to the disposition.
